Renter Qualifications
At UBPM, we want you to know immediately if you qualify to rent one of our properties.
then you have successfully met our criteria to rent.
(Even if you answered "NO" to some questions we might still be able to help you.)
1. Is your credit score better than 525?
2. Are you able to provide proof of employment?
3. Is your household income greater than 3 times the amount of rent?
4. You have never been evicted and you currently have no outstanding collections for past due rent?
5. You and all the occupants over the age of 18 are willing to sign the lease and have your credit and income checked?
6. Are you able to pay the security deposit requirement prior to move in?
7. Are you a person of good moral character with good personal references?
UBPM is obligated to ensuring that all applicants meet a basic level of standards for income, credit, employment and background screening before they can be considered for a lease agreement. While it is our desire to accommodate all applicants, our obligation is first and foremost to the owners of the property that is to be rented. The screening criteria described above must be verified and complied with before a leasing contract can be executed.
Some of our properties will allow pets, but under no circumstances will aggressive breeds be accepted in our properties.
UBPM, reserves the right to deny a lease application to any applicant.
